These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by CashProp. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Offers

Anything we say on this website, and any figure we give you before contracts are exchanged, is not a binding offer to buy. A sale only becomes binding when contracts are exchanged between your solicitor and ours. Until then, either of us can withdraw. If you withdraw, you won't owe us anything.

Any offer we make depends on a visit to the property, the usual legal checks on the title and our being able to verify your identity and your right to sell.

Information on this site

We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not legal or financial advice. You should take independent advice from a solicitor before agreeing to sell, and from a debt adviser if you're in financial difficulty.

Using the site

• Don't submit information that is false or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, access it without permission or send automated requests.
