Who we are
This website is operated by CashProp ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this site. You can contact us about anything in this policy at cash@cashprop.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, the property address and postcode, the type of property, your situation, when you want to sell and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Emails and other messages you send us.
- Basic technical information when you submit a form: your IP address and browser type, which we use to stop spam and abuse.

We don't sell your data, and we don't pass your enquiry to estate agents, lead brokers or other buyers. We won't send you marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and store enquiries (website hosting and a database provider). They act on our instructions and can't use your data for their own purposes. Some of them may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. If you go ahead with a sale, we will share what is needed with our solicitors and, where relevant, surveyors.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but don't sell to us, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you do sell to us, we keep transaction records for as long as the law requires, normally six years after completion.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email cash@cashprop.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
