What we do
We buy all property: houses, flats, bungalows, retail, shops with uppers, offices, industrial, land and development sites. Some need work, some have tenants, and some are perfectly sound but their owners need to move faster than an agent can manage.
Once we've bought a property we either refurbish it and sell or let it, or keep it as a rental. That's why condition matters less to us than it does to someone buying a home to live in.
How we like to work
